• Packing of household goods:-
  • packing materials are all sourced out from ISO 9000 companies, ensuring qualitative packing of household goods.
  • pack household goods on a room by room basis so that it is easier to identify and unload the goods according to its room at the destination.
  • packs all furniture, wooden items like Sofa, Sofa Chair, Dining Table, Dining Chairs, Wooden Cots in 4 ply corrugated sheets ensuring that these packing withstands all kinds of road abuse.
  • raps all beds in plastic polythene sheets ensuring that the bedding is not soiled or dirtied during transportation.
  • pack all glass items like crockery, photographs, show piece items in newspaper sheets and it is further stuffed in carton boxes with shredded papers as is done while moving horticulture produce.


• Transportation of household goods:-
  • has a range of Vehicles for transporting goods to different destinations. utilizes Closed and Open Hitech Vehicles . Closed Vehicles are used when the household goods to be moved is of a lesser nature. Closed Vehicles are used when there is uniformity of goods, as closed Vehicle has certain constraints, the ceiling of the Vehicle is fixed and further material cannot be loaded vertically to accommodate the household goods, in such cases Open Vehicles are preferred by for transporting the goods.
  • transport the goods in a time bound period. Vehicles are mostly direct Vehicles loaded from the origin to the destination in a single Vehicle.


• Loading of Goods:-
  • exercises utmost care while loading of goods.
  • All fragile items like Refrigerator, Television, Glass Top, Crockery items, Computer Systems are loaded in the front portion next to the drivers cabin ensuring its utmost safety in transit.
  • All Heavy items like Books, Clothes, and other sundry household goods which are heavier in nature are loaded at the bottom and fragile items are loaded over it to absorb shock during transit.
  • Further packing support is provided inside the Vehicle for certain items due to its fragility on a need base basis to ensure maximum safety of the household goods.


• Unloading of Goods:-
  • Utmost care is exercised while unloading of goods at the destination. moves all the household goods by Lift only when the material to be unloaded is above 2nd Floor. unloads the goods either through Lift or Manual Unloading as agreed upon, and does not undertake Rope or Unloading of goods by balcony.




Things to be taken care before start your Packing Job.:-

• All Valuable items like cash, Jewels, important documents, mobile sets, wrist watches and other small items of value should be kept under lock and key before packers start packing your goods.
• pack household goods on a Room by Room basis, hence whatever material is required for use should be kept separately. This would save time and packing work moves on steadily.
• Discarded household goods if any, should not be offered to the packing staff at any cost. Packers should be checked thoroughly in Packing Supervisors presence before they load and leave your premises.
• Packers should not be entertained or allowed inside the house for packing unless they are accompanied either by their Packing Supervisor or their immediate Manager.




Documentation and Payment procedures:-

• moves all goods on 100% Cash basis only. Cheques, Pay Orders and Demand Drafts are not accepted by the Company.
• Consignor should Insure his goods while transporting the goods. moves goods at the absolute Risk and Responsibility of the Consignor.
• All payments should be made on production of proper receipts by the companies manager or packing supervisor. Payments should not be made to any of the workers, if any such payments are done the company is not responsible for such payments.
